WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL BOAT COLOUR?

The Carbon Cat is available in more than 30 colours and 6 surface finishings to suit your style.

We will work with you to design and create the colour scheme you want. There are so many options for you as seen in the Snow Camouflage colour scheme on the left. The use of Hypalon and Vinyl wrapping on the Carbon Cat also means that if you ever get a new idea for a colour change we can create that change for your.

The Gloss Carbon Fibre hull, deck, transom and nose cone finish to create the ultimate Carbon look is available.

FUEL TANK AND CHARTPLOTTER

Fuel tanks can be built to the size that suits your needs. If you’re wanting to use the Carbon Cat for racing, spearfishing, fishing, towing, rescue or just a fast day out on the water, we can customise the tank type and size for you.

Tanks are built by Hercules tanks in New Zealand who build the tanks out of Polypropylene, and supply tanks to the most high performance racing yachts that sail around the world in the VOLVO OCEAN RACE. Fuel Bladder options are also available from ORCA.

Chartplotters used are SIMRAD due to the easy touch screen system and the compatibility with FUSION AUDIO and MERCURY.

ENGINE AND STEERING

ENGINE

Shipped with recommended engine for the Carbon Cat Mercury Pro XS 115hp 4-Stroke.

This engine is the lightest 115hp and provides two gear box options depending on how you want to use the boat. Other engine options are available upon request.

Due to the tunnel hull the water pick up for the gear box is out of the water and there for we provide two options to create engine water pick up:

Option one: We fit a scoop that attaches to the starboard trim tab with a has hose attachment traveling on the aft side of the transom and then into the gear box.

Option two: We send the Gearbox to world renowned Bob’s Machines in the USA which fits a low water nose cone pick to the case.

Seastar jack plate are also fitted. This essential performance accessory allows for higher speed, gains in fuel economy and the ability to run in shallow water.

Custom solid engine mounts are also fitted to engines of 150 hp or less as they are an off the shelf item.

STEERING

HYDRAULIC TILLER STEER

The tiller steering option is a great option to maximise deck space and allows for great steering response and handling.

The zero-torque tiller system from U-FLEX STEERING has a hydraulic system that makes driving a 115hp with a tiller very easy.

F1 STEERING
Steering configurations can be completely tailored to a customers request.
The F1 steering option is available for anyone wanting to replicate the sport car experience.

Foot throttle and all gear selection and ignition controlled from push button.

The Carbon F1 wheel will also have trim control integrated into the wheel.

For adjustment, the Carbon seat can be trimmed fwd and aft on custom carbon fibre tracks.
